Studio Hire
Terms & Conditions

Hire costs:

  • £25.00 p/hour (inc. VAT)

  • £60.00 (inc. VAT) for 3 consecutive hours

  • £160.00 (inc. VAT) for a full day (8 or more consecutive hours)


Booking Policy:

All bookings must be paid for in advance and are only confirmed with Studio Ile Ache when:

  • a full payment has been received

  • the hirer has received a confirmation email

  • a signed copy of studio hire terms and conditions has been returned


Cancellation Policy:

  • If the Studio Hire is cancelled more than 30 days in advance, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the Studio Hire is cancelled between 30-15 days prior to the Hire date, a 50% refund will be issued.

  • If the Studio Hire is cancelled between 15-7 days prior the Hire date, a 25% refund will be issued.

  • If the Studio Hire is cancelled  7 days or less prior to the booking, no refund will be issued, however, a reschedule free of charge is possible, subject to Studio availability & within a window of 90 days from the first day of the original scheduled booking.

Late Payment Policy:

  • Late payments may result in the cancellation of the booking.


Change of Booking Date or Time:

  • Any changes to the booking date or time must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability.

Studio Access: 

  • Access to the studio will be limited to pre-approved times with management. If a set of keys or access code has been provided, these are to be used only for said pre-approved times. 

  • Any misuse of access privileges shall constitute a material breach of this agreement resulting in instant termination and the hirer liable to pay damages at 150% of the above hire rates.

  • The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that all individuals accessing the studio for the booking adhere to studio rules and policies.

  • The hirer is solely responsible for time management of their classes. Any classes that over-run shall be charged at the full hourly rate stated above, at the discretion of Studio Ile Ache.

  • Any breach of studio policies may result in the immediate termination of the booking without refund.


Damages & Cleanliness:

  • Any damage howsoever caused to the studio, or the equipment within, is the sole responsibility of the hirer.

  • Damage constitutes any permanent change in condition of the studio and the equipment within.

  • Damages shall be repaired at the hirers’ expense.

  • Any damage shall be repaired by a contractor approved by Studio to the same standard as original.

  • Hirer is required to conduct a quick inspection after each class to ensure no personal items or rubbish are left behind by students.

  • All kitchen items must be washed and put away, windows closed, and heating switched back on (if applicable).

Studio Ile Ache properly and reasonably reserves the right to cancel or terminate wholly or in part any booking at any time and for any reason including, but not limited to, the following: 

  • If the Client becomes bankrupt or insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership

  • If the Client is more than 14 days in arrears in respect of payments due to the Studio in respect of previous and/or current bookings or part(s) thereof

  • If the booking might, in Studio Ile Ache's reasonable opinion, prejudice the reputation of the Studio  

  • If the behavior of the Client or Guests (whether as individuals or as a group) is deemed, in Studio Ile Ache's reasonable opinion, to be unacceptable

  • Partial termination could result in a number of Guests being asked to leave the Venue

  • If the activity of the Client or Guests (whether as individuals or as a group) breaches Fire/Health and Safety or any legislation in any way or deemed unsafe for staff, performers or public

  • Any such amendment/cancellation/termination shall be without prejudice to any right of action of the Studio in respect of non-payment or any breach of the terms and conditions.
